My family is everything and I am married, with adult children and two “littles” still living at home (16 and 14). Becoming a Travel Advisor just seemed like a dream to me because I love planning my own Disney Vacations and researching all of the ways to maximize our time so we can have the most amazing vacation while building truly priceless memories. My love for Disney began when I was very young growing up in Southern California with Disneyland. My favorite memory was riding It’s a Small World with my mom and how simple yet meaningful that was for both of us. We would sing and dance in the boat and this ride truly is a hidden gem if you see all the magic in it! I continued the Disney Tradition with my older children when they were very small at Disneyland, then started New Traditions at Walt Disney World with my younger children. Disney truly is our happy place and somewhere we can all come together and call “home.” As a Travel Advisor, my goal is to use my experience, knowledge, and passion for Disney to help others create a stress-free and unforgettable experience, so their days will be filled with fun, adventure, imagination, and memories that will last a lifetime! Although my specialties are Disneyland and Walt Disney World, I love all things Disney and Universal and will take on any challenge to make vacation dreams come true!

My love for Disney began when I was a young girl, and my parents took me to Disney with my brothers for a boy scout trip. During High School, I attended Benjamin Russell in Alexander City, AL, where I was a majorette in the band. We were given the opportunity to perform at Magic Kingdom during one of their parades, which was a dream come true and such an honor to have been chosen. Walt Disney’s vision was to dream, believe, dare, and do. I think this is still true today!
I began my travel experience at another home-based travel agency, where I learned about the travel business. During this time, my love for Disney and the magical experience Disney offered became the focus of my travel business.
The many years of experience in sales and the importance of customer service, loyalty, and dedication for every client to have a magical experience is when Fairytale Journeys, LLC was created. For the past 20 years, my family and I have visited Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, and Aulani. I enjoy helping others plan their magical vacations to WDW. I give each client the personal service that they should have. I ensure everything is taken care of for their magical vacation from the beginning of the reservations to the end. I have an undergraduate degree in Fashion Merchandising and a Masters’s Degree in Elementary Education. I am married to Steve Hays from Huntsville, AL, and we have two boys, Wilson and Garren Hays.
