Laura Greco ~ I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you of the wonderful experience I encountered while having Laura Greco plan our recent trip to Disneyland. From the moment I contacted Laura I felt that I was chatting with an old friend, a helpful knowledgeable one at that, who was eager and happy to assist me in making my dreams a reality. My husband and I were married at Disney World in 1997, and I have personally planned over 50 trips to Florida. When i began planning our Disneyland trip I quickly realized it was very different from Disney World and that I needed some guidance. Fortunately for us, a friend recommended Laura and I had no idea at the time what a wonderful jewel she would be! Laura answered every question with such a courteous, prompt and professional manner that I actually believed she was happy to hear from me each and every time I contacted her! And believe me, I had many questions and contacted her often. Laura arranged our transportation to and from the airport, made our hotel reservations, secured our Disney tickets, and made our dining reservations. Also, during our trip, my husband became ill and Laura was on hand to help me through that crisis even though her part of our trip had ended. She was still working hard for us, doing whatever she could do to assist us every step of the way. Laura has checked on us several times since we haver returned home as well to see how my husband is recovering and make sure everything is okay! In summary, Laura Greco is not only an outstanding Travel Agent, I feel that she is my friend whom truly cares about each and everyone of her clients. The professional and cheerful way she handled every aspect of the planning and implementation of our trip was nothing short of superb! I am sure everyone feels that way after traveling with her. She has our business for life for going above and beyond and being there always when I needed her. She has raised the bar to such a high standard it will be difficult for others to follow.

Tony McDaniel –  I wanted to take a moment to thank you for all of your hard work in booking my family’s Disney vacation. It was a HUGE success. It was planned perfectly. The fast passes were of course life savers. The crowds were enormous, especially at Magic Kingdom. But throughout all the chaos, we had a wonderful time. We’re already talking about out next Disney vacation! The Bay Lake Tower ended up being the perfect space for us to unwind, and so conveniently located! It was truly a one of a kind experience for me, as i had never been to Disney before. I’ve never seen anything like it, it was truly fascinating. I really enjoyed each park. The Harry Potter experiences at both Universal Parks were incredible. Lily loved picking out her wand and going throughout the parks using it to create magic. The Hogwarts Express was so cool! It was so fun to watch. The Be Our Guest dinner was really amazing, what a room. They really got it right, down to every detail. I can’t say enough about the trip, it was so enjoyable. I think my favorite day was Hollywood Studios as that was the day that the crowds were a bit less, and it allowed us to do additional rides (not just the fast passes). Also, we did a night at Disney Springs and had dinner at STK. Great dinner and great shopping! The safari at Animal Kingdom was also a highlight. It was interesting to see the difference between Universal and Disney. The Universal fast passes were great in that you weren’t constrained to a time, however they weren’t nearly as ‘fast’ as the Disney fast pass. Also, the option to ride alone and/or swap and not wait if you had a child who didn’t want to ride was also neat. The kids got to meet all the characters they loved. It was so fun to experience this trip with them. Walt Disney truly did create a park for parents and children to have fun. The Luau was the perfect ending to the vacation. We were front and center!! Jackie even got pulled up on stage for a dance! I’ve been to a traditional Luau in Kona before and this was just as good, maybe even more entertaining. The fire entertainer was the best i’ve ever seen. Really incredible. Thank you again. We could not have done this without your help!!!!! I took over 1000 pictures, whittled them down to just under 300 for a picture book i will most certainly create. I wanted to share a couple pictures with you (attached).
