Fairytale Journeys Travel started in 2009 while owner, Susanne Hays, was teaching 3rd grade. As a young girl, she had visited Disney several times with family and her high school marching band. This is when her love for Disney began. After several Disney Cruises with her family, Susanne began selling Disney vacations. With a background in business and a Master’s degree in Education, she took her knowledge and experience and created Fairytale Journeys Travel.
Being from Alabama her dream was to create an agency that gave southern hospitality to each client and agent. With hard work and dedication, she has created a team of agents that have become known as FTJ Family.
