Hello! My name is Heather Ransom, and I live in Louisville, KY. I have been in love with travel for as long as I can remember! I always looked forward to family vacations as a kid & went to Disney World every few years. As an adult, I continued going to Disney whenever possible and started adding in other things like Universal Orlando, National Parks, & Cruising. My love of these experiences & enjoyment in helping people plan their dream vacations led me to become a travel agent in 2021! 

I have personally visited Disney World and Universal Orlando countless times and stayed at almost every single resort on the property for both! I have sailed on most cruise lines and on multiple classes of ships on Disney Cruise Line and Royal Caribbean. I am always looking for new opportunities to bring new knowledge and expertise to my clients!

I am passionate about helping families of all ages, shapes, and sizes, but I also love working with adult-only couples and groups, as well as solo travelers! I would love to collaborate with you to plan your next adventure.
