Rebecca Cooper was our Disney planner. She was very responsive both by text and phone call.
We had lots of questions and sometimes needed to hear things twice. She was very patient with us.
It had been 8 years since we went to Disney and so much had changed. There was a tremendous amount of details which would be hard to navigate on your own.
Really liked the dining plan as it made it a lot easier once we figured it out. Was pleasantly surprised that it included dessert for the table service.
The hotel was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Molly Mason did an outstanding job in helping plan and complete arrangements for our trip to Disney World to celebrate our oldest grandson's 4th birthday!  She provided excellent advice on activities and dining options for each park, then reserved dining for us in advance.  She also made arrangements for transportation from the airport and worked with the hotel to secure a playpen and bed rails for our grandsons.

We had several Zoom calls with her in advance to talk through our trip and she was able to provide detailed information on all of our questions.  She helped us plan the trip and our activities in advance, so when we arrived at each park we knew how to use our time wisely to do the rides and shows we felt our grandkids would enjoy the most and be able to do based on height restrictions.

My husband and I worked with Brittany Young with Fairytale Journeys Travel to book our honeymoon at Sandals Royal Bahamian and it was such a seamless experience! We’d never been to an all inclusive resort before and Brittany shared her expertise about the various options available that met our criteria. She even found an amazing deal which allowed us to extend our trip. We went into this trip expecting this to be one of the only beach trips we’d likely take in our lifetimes (we’re mountain people), but we now look forward to booking another trip like this in the future! 10/10 recommend Brittany Young as your travel agent, Fairytale Journeys Travel, and Sandals Resorts! I just booked a cruise for my daughter’s 7th birthday on Disney Wish.  I booked with, Amber Parks, an agent in NC, and the process has been more than a breeze.  Amber knows Disney, all the tips, info on parks, restaurants, characters and activities.  Seriously, I did not even know that some of these things were even offered.  Amber has been as magical as Disney for this busy Mama.  She is so efficient, knowledgeable, and just simply kind!
