I am first and foremost a wife, a mom to a spunky little boy, and a dedicated teacher. Teaching has always been my calling, and I truly love working with children. Alongside education, there has always been another passion that has shaped my life—travel.

I was born and raised in a small town in Northwest Georgia. Growing up, our family didn’t spend money on many extras throughout the year, but one thing my parents always made a priority was family vacations. Those trips created lifelong memories and planted the seed for my love of travel at an early age.

Travel That Sparked a Lifelong Passion

After getting married, my husband and I chose to spend our early years exploring together. We waited seven years before having children, which gave us the opportunity to travel freely and experience places we had never seen before.

During those years, we visited a variety of destinations—each one offering something new and meaningful. From relaxing beach towns and historic cities to mountain escapes and iconic attractions, every trip helped deepen my appreciation for well-planned travel.

But the destination that truly captured my heart was Walt Disney World Resort.

The magic, attention to detail, and joy found there completely drew me in. On one trip, I loved it so much that we returned again just a few months later. Watching the fireworks over Cinderella Castle, I remember thinking how special it would be to come back someday with my children and create those same unforgettable memories together.

Why I Became a Travel Agent

Those experiences are exactly why I chose to become a travel agent.

I’ve personally planned every trip my family has taken, and I understand how overwhelming vacation planning can be—especially for busy families. Researching destinations, comparing options, and organizing all the details can quickly become stressful and time-consuming.
