HELLO! I am Susanne,

Alabama, Disney Travel Agent

My love for Disney began when I was a young girl and my parents took me to Walt Disney World with my brothers for a Boy Scout trip. As a result, this fondness later bloomed to new heights when I was allowed to perform at Magic Kingdom during one of their parades as a majorette for my local high school’s band. It was not only a dream come true, but also an honor to have been chosen.

Walt Disney’s vision was to dream, believe, dare, and do – something that still resonates with me and that I implement in everything I do!

I began my travel experience at another home-based travel agency, where I learned about the travel business. This opportunity only made my love for Disney continue to grow the more I learned about the magical experience they offered. This ultimately drove me to create my own travel business focusing on planning magical Disney vacations.  

Fairytale Journeys, LLC was created after many years of experience in sales and truly understanding the importance of customer service, loyalty, and dedication needed to make every client’s experience extraordinary. For the past 20 years, my family and I have visited Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, and Aulani.

I enjoy helping plan magical vacations to any Disney Destination, but most enjoy working on Walt Disney World itineraries. As a business owner and travel agent, we must go above and beyond for each client and provide them with a personalized service from beginning to end when planning their vacation. 

Amongst the services I offer, I help my clients with dining reservations, creating itineraries, travel arrangements, and most of all, dedication to guarantee all my clients receive the best price for their magical vacation!

I have an undergraduate degree in Fashion Merchandising and a Masters Degree in Elementary Education. I am married to Steve Hays from Huntsville, AL, and we have two boys, Wilson and Garren Hays.

During High School, I attended Benjamin Russell in Alexander City, AL, where I was a majorette in the band. We were given the opportunity to perform at Magic Kingdom during one of their parades, which was a dream come true and such an honor to have been chosen. Walt Disney’s vision was to dream, believe, dare, and do. I think this is still true today!

I began my travel experience at another home-based travel agency, where I learned about the travel business. During this time, my love for Disney and the magical experience Disney offered became the focus of my travel business.

The many years of experience in sales and the importance of customer service, loyalty, and dedication for every client to have a magical experience is when Fairytale Journeys, LLC was created. For the past 20 years, my family and I have visited Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, and Aulani. I enjoy helping others plan their magical vacations to WDW. I give each client the personal service that they should have. I ensure everything is taken care of for their magical vacation from the beginning of the reservations to the end.
