When I married, my husband and I knew we did not want children right away. We wanted to explore, see things we had never seen and just enjoy the ability to go at our discretion. We waited seven years to have children and therefore we were able to travel to incredible places. We had the privilege of traveling to many places in our first seven years of marriage. We fell in love with Las Vegas, observed New York City from the top of the Empire State Building, Rosemary Beach on historic 30A has our heart, we soaked in the rich history in Charleston, South Carolina, we have walked Beale street in Memphis, overlooked the Mississippi River from the top of the Bass Pro Shop Pyramid, relaxed in the comfort of the Great Smoky Mountains, sipped Butter Beer in Hogsmeade, BUT my most favorite destination of all was Walt Disney World. I became so obsessed with Walt Disney World that we went twice back to back within a couple of months because I just couldn't get enough. I cried watching the fireworks over Cinderella's Castle at the thought of being able to return with my children someday and make memories.
This travel is the very reason I wanted to become a travel agent. I have experienced so much and had the opportunity of planning each of our trips. I want to be able to help others to plan trips as well. I know many have a busy lifestyle and sitting down to work out the fine details of a vacation can be tedious and tiresome. That is my goal as a travel agent is to be able to help families plan magical getaways with memories that will last a lifetime.
