Hello! I’m so glad you are here! My name is Mary Cameron, but you can call me “MC” for short. I am a former special education teacher, book lover, “Swiftie,” bonus mom, and cat mom! I am originally from Georgia but currently live in Mobile, Alabama. My husband coaches college football (Go Jags!), so my life is full of movement and change. One thing that never changes? My love for making family memories through travel!
Disney and Universal destinations hold some of my most cherished family memories. I love sharing the joy of these destinations with others. No two families are the same. I pride myself on planning vacations that are unique to each family – this is where the former special education teacher in me shines! I specialize in all Disney destinations – Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, and Disney’s Aulani Resort and Spa. For those with an extra sense of adventure, I also work with Adventures by Disney. For “thrill seekers” and Harry Potter lovers, I also offer expertise in Universal. With the 2025 opening of Epic Universe, I help my families navigate the recent swell of crowds and increased offerings at Universal’s Orlando Resort.
After booking a hotel and ticket package, my Disney and Universal families are provided with detailed park guides, custom itineraries, and assistance with dining and special-experience reservations. My Disney families are also provided with private modules to prepare them to use Lightning Lane Multi-Pass and Single-Pass and are assisted with Lighting Lane pre-selections in the week leading up to their trip.
Outside of Disney and Universal, I am also proud to partner with Viking Cruise Line. My love for Disney began when I was a young girl, and my parents took me to Disney with my brothers for a boy scout trip. During High School, I attended Benjamin Russell in Alexander City, AL, where I was a majorette in the band. We were given the opportunity to perform at Magic Kingdom during one of their parades, which was a dream come true and such an honor to have been chosen. Walt Disney’s vision was to dream, believe, dare, and do. I think this is still true today!
I began my travel experience at another home-based travel agency, where I learned about the travel business. During this time, my love for Disney and the magical experience Disney offered became the focus of my travel business.
The many years of experience in sales and the importance of customer service, loyalty, and dedication for every client to have a magical experience is when Fairytale Journeys, LLC was created. For the past 20 years, my family and I have visited Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, and Aulani. I enjoy helping others plan their magical vacations to WDW. I give each client the personal service that they should have. I ensure everything is taken care of for their magical vacation from the beginning of the reservations to the end.
