Hi! I’m JaCoya Major, a Travel Advisor with Fairytale Journeys Travel and a lifelong planner at heart. I’m a mom of two young adult daughters, and for over 20 years, I’ve been the person friends and family turned to when it came to planning trips, especially Disney vacations.

When I was a single mom, I learned early on how powerful intentional planning can be. By booking early, spreading out payments, and focusing on quality experiences, I was able to create magical memories for my girls that we still talk about today. Eventually, I realized this wasn’t just something I was good at; it was something I was called to do.

I chose Fairytale Journeys Travel because of their integrity, heart for families, and commitment to service. Becoming a Travel Advisor allows me to combine my personal experience, attention to detail, and love for travel into something that truly serves others.

As a Travel Advisor, I guide my clients through the entire vacation planning process—from the first idea to the day they return home. I assist with destination selection, booking accommodations, cruises, transportation, itineraries, activities, and dining (when not inclusive).

My planning doesn’t stop at booking. I help clients understand timelines, payment plans, policies, and options so they feel confident and informed every step of the way. I also monitor reservations for promotions and updates, provide personalized recommendations, and serve as a direct point of contact before travel.

As I’m affiliated with a Platinum-level agency, I have access to industry-leading tools, resources, and support that enable me to deliver a high level of service at no additional cost to my clients.

I’m very detail-oriented, proactive, and truly enjoy building relationships with my clients. I value clear communication and realistic planning, and I take pride in making sure my clients feel supported and confident throughout the entire process. I understand real life, real budgets, and busy schedules, so I approach every trip with care, flexibility, and no judgment. My goal is always to create meaningful, well-planned experiences that feel exciting, not overwhelming.
