Hi, I’m Jackie. I’m a Midwest mom of three wonderful girls (plus two bonus daughters and two dogs), so life around here is full, loud, and beautifully chaotic. That’s probably why vacations mean so much to me. They’re the pause button. The perspective shift. The shared experiences that turn into inside jokes and stories you’ll tell for years.
In general, I am naturally curious and love finding solutions, which is why travel planning just clicks for me. I take the “where do we even start?” spiral and turn it into a clear, manageable plan. That’s what led me to join FJT. I want families to feel confident and excited about their trip, not overwhelmed by it. I genuinely love getting to know the people I work with. What shaped you? What are you most excited about? What makes you nervous? Every family is different, and your trip should reflect that.
Throughout the process, I will handle the research, monitor promotions, and keep track of the details so you don’t have to open 37 tabs at midnight questioning your life choices. I’ll even set my alarm before the sun comes up for those hard-to-get reservations. And the best part? My love for Disney began when I was a young girl, and my parents took me to Disney with my brothers for a boy scout trip. During High School, I attended Benjamin Russell in Alexander City, AL, where I was a majorette in the band. We were given the opportunity to perform at Magic Kingdom during one of their parades, which was a dream come true and such an honor to have been chosen. Walt Disney’s vision was to dream, believe, dare, and do. I think this is still true today!
I began my travel experience at another home-based travel agency, where I learned about the travel business. During this time, my love for Disney and the magical experience Disney offered became the focus of my travel business.
The many years of experience in sales and the importance of customer service, loyalty, and dedication for every client to have a magical experience is when Fairytale Journeys, LLC was created. For the past 20 years, my family and I have visited Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, and Aulani. I enjoy helping others plan their magical vacations to WDW. I give each client the personal service that they should have. I ensure everything is taken care of for their magical vacation from the beginning of the reservations to the end.
