BREAKING NEWS! Walt Disney World’s Minnie Van Service will return starting June 29th. The Minnie Van Service first launched in 2017. Because of the pandemic the service was paused in March 2020 at Walt Disney World.
Minnie Van Service provides service to and from select locations within the Walt Disney World Resort. Which includes any hotel in the Disney Resorts Collection.
How It Works
The Minnie Van service works with the Lyft app. For example, Simply open the Lyft app from select locations within Walt Disney World Resort to access Minnie Van service and request a ride.
How to request Minnie Van Service
- Open the Lyft app and select your Walt Disney World destination.
- Confirm pick-up location and destination. As a result, Lyft will provide a fare estimate, and the payment will be processed through the app.
- Tap “Select Minnie Van”. If the Minnie Van service is not the default vehicle displayed, then scroll through their vehicle options until Minnie Van service is displayed.
- The app will display a map that will track the vehicle en route. As a result, it will provide a vehicle number to help you spot your car.
Need an Accessible Vehicle?
- Open the Lyft app in Walt Disney World Resort My Disney Experience App
- Confirm your pickup location and destination. Lyft will then provide a fare estimate, and payment will be processed directly through the app.
- Tap “Select Accessible Minnie Van”. If the accessible Minnie Van service doesn’t immediately display, then scroll through the vehicle type options until it appears.
- Track your vehicle’s progress on a map provided by the app. As a result, the vehicle number will be available to help spot your Minnie van.
- Minnie Van vehicles are roomy, comfortable and playfully themed with a style inspired by Minnie Mouse. For example, each vehicle accommodates up to 6 Guests.
What to Expect – The Experience
Minnie Van drivers are friendly Disney Cast Members who are trained to whisk each client off to their destination – with a smile. For instance, each vehicle is equipped with 2 child safety seats that Disney Cast Members can install for you. As a result, Lyft will also provide a fare estimate once the destination is selected. Your payment will be processed directly through the app.

Prices vary based on distance traveled from pick-up location to requested destination within Walt Disney World Resort.
Hours of Operation
Minnie Van service operates from 6:30 AM to 12:30 AM daily. However, hours of operation are subject to change.
