How Much Disney Cruise Onboard Credit Will I Receive?
Fairytale Journeys Travel offers $50–$1,000 in complimentary Disney Cruise onboard credit on eligible new Disney Cruise Line reservations and $25–$500 on eligible onboard bookings and transferred reservations. The amount of onboard credit you receive is based on your qualifying base cruise fare and booking type. Reservations with a qualifying base cruise fare below $1,000 do not receive onboard credit.
For example: A qualifying base cruise fare of $5,500 receives $250 in onboard credit on a new reservation or $125 on an eligible onboard booking or transferred reservation.

Do Onboard Bookings and Placeholders Qualify?
Eligible onboard bookings and placeholder reservations may qualify for reduced onboard credit of up to $500. Your advisor will confirm eligibility and the credit amount for your selected cruise.

Credit amounts are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and are based on the qualifying base cruise fare and booking type listed in the table.
Taxes, fees, insurance, gratuities, airfare, ground transfers, hotel stays, shore excursions and onboard activities are excluded when calculating your qualifying fare.
One onboard credit applies per individual cabin reservation. Separate reservations cannot be combined to qualify for a higher credit amount.
If your qualifying fare changes before or after final payment, your onboard credit will be adjusted to match the applicable amount in the table.
If your reservation is canceled, the onboard credit is canceled. It cannot be transferred to another reservation or redeemed for cash, a refund or a future cruise.

The following rules and important details apply only to the Fairytale Journeys Travel Disney Cruise onboard credit offer and do not apply to promotions or offers provided directly by Disney Cruise Line.
You cannot redeem complimentary onboard credit for cash, credit, or transfer it to a new booking. No exceptions apply. This rule includes any unused onboard credit. If Disney Cruise Line provides a free room upgrade, we will not change the value.
You can only use onboard credit for charges you incur during travel at locations that allow charges to go to your room folio. For instance, you can use it for beverages, spa treatments on the ship or at Castaway Cay, souvenirs onboard or at Castaway Cay, or activities and excursions booked through Disney Cruise Line. However, you cannot use onboard credit in port for shopping or activities arranged previously by Disney Cruise Line.
We will apply the onboard credit one week before sailing. As a result, any unused dollars will be forfeited and cannot be claimed for cash or future use. Please note that terms and conditions may change without prior notice.
