I am so excited to be part of the Fairytale Journeys travel team! I live in Mandeville, Louisiana. I am a teacher, a cookie decorator, and I love to travel! I have two children, aged 20 and 15, and they have discovered the joy of travel, too! Some of my most favorite travel destinations are New York City, Gatlinburg, St. Augustine, and especially Walt Disney World!
My first trip to Walt Disney World was in the summer of 1981. I was 8 years old, and I was hooked! At that time, the only theme park available to visit was Magic Kingdom, and I quickly learned how amazing it was to walk down Main Street, hear the music, see the castle, and just become immersed in all the magic. It has been so much fun watching the Walt Disney World Resort expand and grow through the years!
I decided to become a Travel Advisor with Fairytale Journeys because I want to help others plan vacation experiences that will provide everyone with memories to last a lifetime! With nearly 30 trips to Walt Disney World taken with both family and friends, as well as completion of the College of Disney Knowledge, I am ready to answer any questions, work with you to plan your vacation, and help with tips to make your vacation even more spectacular. Not only can I help plan your Disney vacation, but I can help plan cruises and trips to other destinations.

My love for Disney began when I was a young girl, and my parents took me to Disney with my brothers for a boy scout trip. During High School, I attended Benjamin Russell in Alexander City, AL, where I was a majorette in the band. We were given the opportunity to perform at Magic Kingdom during one of their parades, which was a dream come true and such an honor to have been chosen. Walt Disney’s vision was to dream, believe, dare, and do. I think this is still true today!
I began my travel experience at another home-based travel agency, where I learned about the travel business. During this time, my love for Disney and the magical experience Disney offered became the focus of my travel business.
The many years of experience in sales and the importance of customer service, loyalty, and dedication for every client to have a magical experience is when Fairytale Journeys, LLC was created. For the past 20 years, my family and I have visited Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, and Aulani. I enjoy helping others plan their magical vacations to WDW. I give each client the personal service that they should have. I ensure everything is taken care of for their magical vacation from the beginning of the reservations to the end. That’s why it’s so important to book with a travel agent so that you can receive a personal touch on your vacation.

I have an undergraduate degree in Fashion Merchandising and a Masters’s Degree in Elementary Education. I am married to Steve Hays from Huntsville, AL, and we have two boys, Wilson and Garren Hays.
