People may actually be surprised by this, but I began my love for Disney travel as an adult! I visited Walt Disney World for the very first time when I was 25 years old. I was instantly attracted to all the sights, the sounds, the excitement, and the snacks (of course) that Disney World had to offer! It was like checking adulthood at the door and immersing myself into a world where I could just be a “big kid” and where nothing else matters. I had never experienced anything like that before!
On my third trip to Walt Disney World, I was riding the monorail to the Magic Kingdom, and I was in a car with a young girl around 8 or 9 years old. She was dressed in a princess dress. She kept asking her dad, “How much longer?” and “How much farther?” I could tell this was her first time there. When we passed the Contemporary resort and came around the corner, she jumped out of her seat so fast, pressed her little face and hands against the window, and screamed, “There it is!!! There is the castle!!!” She jumped up and down and said, “Dad! Do you see it?! I see it!!!!” There was a sparkle in her eye that I’ll never forget. She was so excited. And THAT moment was when I thought to myself “I wish every kid gets to experience this at some point in their life.”
When I returned from that trip, I decided to make it my mission to help families create memories like that little girl’s. I joined the Fairytale Journeys team and have been helping families create magical memories for over a decade.
I help my clients by creating customized itineraries specific to their family’s needs. I monitor promotions to ensure my clients get the very best prices possible. I help with all required reservations. I stay up to date on training and visit the parks frequently so my clients get the most expert advice. And so much more!

My love for Disney began when I was a young girl, and my parents took me to Disney with my brothers for a boy scout trip. During High School, I attended Benjamin Russell in Alexander City, AL, where I was a majorette in the band. We were given the opportunity to perform at Magic Kingdom during one of their parades, which was a dream come true and such an honor to have been chosen. Walt Disney’s vision was to dream, believe, dare, and do. I think this is still true today!
I began my travel experience at another home-based travel agency, where I learned about the travel business. During this time, my love for Disney and the magical experience Disney offered became the focus of my travel business.
The many years of experience in sales and the importance of customer service, loyalty, and dedication for every client to have a magical experience is when Fairytale Journeys, LLC was created. For the past 20 years, my family and I have visited Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, and Aulani. I enjoy helping others plan their magical vacations to WDW. I give each client the personal service that they should have. I ensure everything is taken care of for their magical vacation from the beginning of the reservations to the end.
