Originally from Kentucky, but moved to Pennsylvania in 2018 with my family. Mom of two, now in college kids, and enjoying the “empty-nest”phase.

I have celiac disease, and recently received my functional nutrition certification to help others navigate this diagnosis and know that there is good food everywhere, even gluten free.

My parents gave me the love of travel and going to Disney at a very young age. My first visit to Disney was in 1985 and I fell in love and while I have been many other places, nothing feels like seeing that Castle right down Main Street USA.
