Celebrating kids and teens birthdays is easy at Universal Orlando Resort!
Cabana Bay Beach Resort
Upon check in the birthday boy or girl will receive a birthday hat along with a birthday voucher they can redeem at the Bayliner Diner. The voucher can be redeemed for an ICEE or a slice of cake!
Simply email Cabana Bay Beach customer service a request for a Birthday Celebration - CustomerService@CabanaBayOrlando.com and include information within the "Special Service Requests" in VAX* or through the Universal Parks & Resorts Reservation Agents*.
Include within the email:
Guests Last Name, First Name
Date of Arrival
Birthday's boy/girl's name
Age
Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel, Loews Royal Pacific Resort
Hard Rock Hotel posts the birthdays of Rock Star's at the drum set area within the lobby. The Hard Rock Hotel will include the individual's Birthday name within the list so they too can have a Rock Star Birthday!
All onsite properties acknowledge the known birthdays of our guests by offering them a Birthday Drink or slice of cake.
Include the guests full name, age within the "Special Service Requests" in VAX* or through Universal Parks & Resorts Reservation Agent*.
