Early Park Admission
Early Park Admission will grant one hour early access to select theme parks and attractions. (valid theme park admission required).

Guests staying at onsite hotels may pre-check in beginning at 7am to drop off their luggage. Rooms will not be available until normal check in time.

Not valid for separately ticketed events.
Resort Transportation
Complimentary transportation to all three theme parks and CityWalk make getting around the resort fast and easy so guests can make the most of their time.
All Universal Orlando Resort Hotels offer a shuttle to Universal Volcano Bay, except Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort and Universal's Aventura Hotel since they are within walking distance.
Merchandise Delivery & Pickup
Guests are able to receive complimentary delivery of merchandise purchased throughout the resort sent to their Universal Orlando Resort Hotel. They would simply show their room key at the merchandise location and provide their name and room number. The guest MUST be at least staying the following night.
Resort-Wide Charging Privileges
Guests can use their room key1 to charge resort-wide. The guest will settle their bill with the hotel upon checkout. If the guest would like to use this privilege:

A negotiable hold fee will need to be placed on their credit or debit card based on the hotel of stay.

The guest can leave a cash deposit if they prefer

Once the guest has reached their charge limit the card will be declined until the guest calls the hotel and authorizes another deposit or leaves another cash deposit.

Character Wake-Up Calls
Guests can request wake up calls from their favorite Universal Orlando Resort Character (Or Rock Star if at the Hard Rock Hotel®). They just need to follow the phone prompts to select the voice of their choice.
