So you’re headed to the Happiest Place on Earth? Whether you’re toting a backpack or fanny pack, don’t forget to include these items in your park bag!
Disney Park Tickets
To enter the park, you need your tickets. Whether you’re using MagicBand, the Magic Mobile App, or Key to the World Card, be sure to bring them to the park entrance.
Disney Park Bag Poncho
Afternoon showers are widespread in Florida. Be prepared with the proper rain gear! You can save time and money by purchasing your poncho and packing it in your park bag. (Also, check out my blog on Rainy Day Tips for WDW)
Refillable Water Bottle
Staying hydrated is vital! Fill your water bottle before you leave the resort. When you run out, ask a quick-service restaurant for a complimentary cup of iced water to refill your bottle! Ensure you pack an insulated bottle so your water stays cool all day.
Autograph Collection Supplies
Characters have returned to Walt Disney World to interact with guests and sign autographs. Make sure you’re ready with a Sharpie and an autograph book. Pro Tip: Get a clickable Sharpie that’s easy for the characters to use.
Sun Protection in your Disney Park Bag
Don’t let a sunburn ruin your magical vacation! In addition to traditional sunscreen, try a powder option to reduce greasiness and ease for easy application. You’ll also want to bring sunglasses and a hat to keep the sun out of your eyes.
Disney Snacks
One especially magical thing about Disney is that they allow outside food and beverages. Include some high-protein snacks in your bag to keep everyone satisfied between meals. Think nuts, beef jerky, and protein bars.
Portable Battery Packs
From taking photos, selecting Genie+ Lightning Lanes, and checking show times, you will use your phone A LOT. Pack at least one portable charger in your Disney park bag to avoid a dead battery.
First Aid Supplies
If you have a mild illness or injury while in the parks, it’s convenient to have what you need on hand. Pack Band-Aids, pain medication, motion sickness medication, and any prescription medication you may need.
