Disney Cruise Onboard Reservations: Transfers & Placeholder Bookings
If you have any questions regarding a qualifying transfer, please get in touch with us. At the same time, to be eligible for a transfer, the following requirements must be met:
Reservation must be made within the previous 30 (thirty) days. The Disney Cruise price of sailing must be more than $1,000.00 USD. The reservation is not paid in full at the time of transfer. Also, this particular Disney Cruise Line vacation was not booked using another travel agent/agency.
Your Disney cruise vacation does not have airfare bundled with your Disney vacation. Contact us to see if you are eligible to transfer your Disney Cruise to Fairytale Journeys Travel.
Disney Cruise Onboard Credit Terms - Fairytale Journeys
Disney Cruise Onboard Credit listed on the chart is US Dollars (USD) and is applicable to base cruise fare pricing.
Taxes, fees, insurance, gratuities, travel insurance, airfare, ground transfers, hotel reservations, shore excursions, and on-ship activities are not included in the total for estimation of Disney Cruise Onboard Credit amounts. Onboard Credit offer is one per individual reservation. It cannot be combined with multiple cruise reservations—credit assigned per cabin.
Offer is subject to change without notice. Suppose the eligible reservation is modified before and after the final payment, resulting in price changes. The Onboard Credit amount will be adjusted appropriately to match the qualifying amounts listed on the chart.
If a cruise reservation is canceled anytime, the Onboard Credit will be null and voided. Also, it cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, credit, or future cruises.
Disney Cruise Line OnBoard Credit Terms & Conditions
No refund of complimentary onboard credit can be redeemed for cash or credit. (No Exceptions) or transferred to a new booking. This includes any unused Onboard credit. Should Disney Cruise Line provide a free room upgrade, no change in value will be given.
Onboard Credit may only be used for charges sustained during travel and incurred at locations allowing charges to go to room folio. Examples are beverages, spa treatments on the ship or at Castaway Cay, souvenirs onboard or at Castaway Cay, or activities/excursions booked through Disney Cruise Line. Also, onboard credit is not accessible in port for shopping or activities previously arranged by Disney Cruise Line.
Finally, the onboard credit will be applied one week before sailing. Therefore, unused dollars are forfeited and may not be claimed for cash or future use. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
